Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Prospect, contact and close new business in target markets - Production houses, Broadcasters, Channels/Networks, Content Creators and Ad Agencies
- Present and sell company products and services to new customers (build funnel, needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline goals
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect’s incumbency bias
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product development and management
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
- Work with founders to develop account strategies and sales tool kit(presentations, scripted product demos, use cases for target markets, RoI models)
- Keep customers aware of latest developments and utilize consultative up selling techniques to drive incremental revenues
- Complete our sales training program and improve quickly
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Teamium products, industry landscape, trends and competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years' of demonstrable sales experience in target markets
- Proficient in selling new technologies to market and overcoming incumbency bias
- Comfortable in evangelizing product vision and selling solutions to C level management (CEO, CTO, CIO, CFO etc.)
- A self starter with a hunter, go getter and deal maker mentality
- High volume cold calling and networking experience
- Knowledge of SaaS models, ERP, CRM applications, production workflows
- Proficient in computer software skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Webex, CRM, Social Media)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who can handle high workload.
